On the 24th of July, 2017 NCC-TVF started production of large-dimension products

The subsidiary company of NСС has mastered the manufacture of large-dimension products (1200x800 mm, height 940 mm) by thermos vacuum forming into a negative form.

To implement a complex technological solution, significant attention should be given to the design features of the product. Products should withstand the accuracy of angles and provide rigidity of the bottom with a strong extraction of the initial workpiece. This was made possible by the use of an additional punch. In the production process was used a 6 mm thick shockproof polystyrene (HIPS). In the future, this product will become part of the industrial equipment for the production of ice for the food industry.

NCC was able to produce such a large product by purchasing an Italian Forming Complex CMS BR-5. The Complex has the ability to form products with dimensions up to 2940x1940 and depths up to 950 mm.
