Background

The Nanotechnology Center of Composites Project was launched in 2011.

Our history:

• April, 2011. "Holding Company "Composite" bids for a right to establish Composite Nanocenter.

• May, 2011. Our bid was prescreened successfully! The required document preparation started.

• November, 2011. An Agreement signed on establishment of a new company in the area of composites.

• January, 2012. "Nanotechnology  Center of Composites" is established.

• April 2012. Design and Technology units are formed in the company. Active hiring process.

• August 2012. Selection and acquisitionof high performance started.

• October 2012. The first pilot production began.

• November 2012. The construction work started on the main production unit of "the Nanotechnology Center for Composites" in Technopolis "Moskva" (former plant "Moskvich").

• March 2013. Laboratory block was established.

• December 2013. The construction work was completed, an active installation of industrial equipment started.

• March 2014. "NСС" LLC acquired and successfully launched the state-of-the-art high precision machine for waterjet cutting of the latest generation.

• April 2014. "NСС" LLC launched the newest pultrusion line for manufacturing products from fiberglass and carbon fiber.

• June 2014. The laboratory of the Nanotechnology Center for Composites has received a certificate of competence in the "Nanocertifica" System.

• August 2014. "NCC" LLC received a certificate of conformity for the automotive industry of the TS16949 standard.

• October 2014. Nanotechnological Center of Composites and Evopro signed the agreement with the purpose of producing modular buses with composite body.

• November 2014. Installation of composite railing manufactured by "NCC" LLC with the length of over 1300 meters on 14 bridges in Penza, Saratov and Ulyanovsk, Orenburg regions.

• January 2015. “NCC” LLC has received the official accreditation from the "Technopark Skolkovo".

• March 2015. "NCC" LLC and Physics department of the Lomonosov Moscow State University signed a three-year agreement on scientific and technical cooperation.

• August 2015. Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan is satisfied with the results of the repair of the republican clinical oncology center (RCOC). The repair has been completed using tactile indicators which are manufactured in NCC ltd.

• October 2015. "NCC" LLC won the final I “Composite Battle 2015”, the Open Russian Championship on composite materials, at the Forum "Open innovation" in Moscow.

• October 2015. "NCC" LLC  received a certificate of conformity for the automobile industry accroding to TS16949 standard.

• November 2015.  Nanotechnology Center for composites rented in "Moskva" Technopolis 4500sq.ft. of additional areas to manufacture composite buses.

• November 2015. "NCC" LLC received a certificate from "Gaz group", certifying that the quality management system meets the "Gaz Group" requirements, applied to the suppliers.

• January 2017 "NСС" LLC launched the most powerful and modern SMC press in the Russian Federation.

• February 2017 "NСС" LLC launched one of the most advanced presses for high-pressure RTM (produced by Wickert).

• September 2017 "NCC" LLC began testing buses on the streets of Moscow. These buses contain frames made from composite materials. Previously, these buses were solely operated in the EU
