Description of the technology:

The previously prepared mold is laid out "dry" material / filler (fabrics, mats, combined cloths, special filler), then laid technological layers for uniform distribution of the binder. The technological package is discharged. After this, the binder supply valve is opened and it, under vacuum, retracts / fills the voids and impregnates the filler.

During the infusion process, the porosity of the plastic may approach the value of 1-0.5%. Curing of the laminate can occur both at room temperature and elevated.
